Who we are

Each of our team member brings his/her specific fields of expertise so that we, as a whole, offer you and your organization a comprehensive range of services of what we do best.

I'm Liva Judic. I am the founder and principal of Ayna Partners and the creator of the Success Booster Model™. As a Professional Coach and Personal Advisor, I help executives enhance and innovate their decision-making and communication processes to create success for themselves and their organizations.

I specialize in issues of companies/ businesses/ people with international exposure or ambition, thereby leveraging my own track record of over 12 years working in multinational environments as well as my personal international background (bi-national, I speak 5 languages, lived and worked on 4 continents). Today, I still work across the globe and my clients are from a variety of countries (France, U.S., Germany, Rumania, Italy, Ireland, U.K., New Zealand, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, U.A.E. ... to name a few).

Prior to founding Ayna Partners, I worked in the financial news industry (Bloomberg, the Financial Times, Agence France-Presse), where my reporting duties ran hand in hand with my coaching responsibilities. I was later on appointed Advisor for International Communication to a Head of State for three years.
This gave me an edge in terms of content management but also, having followed, portrayed, analyzed and – later on as a diplomat – interacted during extensive periods of time with business leaders and top level politicians, I have acquired unique insight into leadership and board issues, a knowledge I use in my practice today.
“In one word, Liva truly delivers when facing high level business challenges", said a board member of an international organization with whom I worked.

A certified Advanced Practitioner Coach (EMCC, European Quality Award) and mentor with the European Professional Women’s Network, I also am a member of the International Coach Federation and the International Human Capital Institute. I hold a PGD in Information Management (TVU, London) as well as a Masters Degree in English and Business History (Lille III University/LSE, UK). I was trained as an anchor trainer by the BBC in London.

Margot Borden is the founder of Integral Perspectives and creator of the Integral Perspectives Methodolody™ or IPM™, a vision and methodology she is currently offering to companies who desire to re-evaluate their strategy in light of evolving consumer needs and global issues.

Margot's unique perception of human nature and consciousness brings new meaning and depth to the world of corporate consulting. Her more than 20 years of research and practice in Integral Psychology, have convinced her that, above and beyond all human expression, is the drive to live in harmony with our Inner Self. Each individual expresses this drive according to their individual nature and development. When we are able to evolve towards these higher potentials it provides us with a greater sense of meaning and congruence.

Margot applies her distinctive vision of human potential to identify the unique way each consumer group expresses this core truth through lifestyle and day-to-day choices. She understands the relationship between the emotions and attitudes of the outer self (ego) and how they relate to the Inner Self.

What sets her apart from her competitors is her ability to perceive this Inner Self.
She helps corporations identify the qualities, images and messages that wake up and nourish the consumers' relationship to their Inner Self and then develop the corresponding concepts, brand strategies and eventual products that reflect them.

Margot recently used IPM™ in a series of consulting projects for a Fortune 100 company. Her work identified the very seed of the developmental process which led the company to develop a new product line and brand strategy aligned to higher principles.

Margot completed her training and began her professional practice as a psychotherapist in 1986. Since then, she has pursued extensive training in Humanistic, Transpersonal and Integral theories and techniques. She received her Master of Arts in Humanistic Counseling at University of Durham, UK in 1997. Her search has involved extensive research and experience of many contemporary schools of psychology as well as spiritual traditions such as Eastern meditation and yogic techniques.
Margot also teaches at Antioch McGregor University and runs her own private psychotherapy practice.
Originally from the U.S., she has lived and worked in Europe and Asia for most of her life. She speaks English, French, Spanish as well as some Hindi.
